Please include the following information: Name of patient, Location of the incident, Destination Hospital, Time of day, and any information you may have received from WFD#1 or EMSI Services.

Meeting Schedule

Our regular monthly meeting is the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm at station 13 and is open to anyone that would like to learn about the department or ask questions. You can view our meeting and training calendar on the home page.
